The first time I could pull 3 wheels was something I was so proud of it! (315lb rack pull)
This is a tire that weighs 360lbs. It is not REALLY wide enough for a good flip but it IS a decent workout!
I am the type of person who just can’t look at a treadmill with any interest. I need some challenge for cardio fitness. We set up at a local parking lot to run with the car on a slight uphill grade. We tried to beat our times with each run. It looks easy at first but you will see where the hill begins and I slow down.
Fitness begins at home by setting good examples for our kids, right? Here is my 4 year old daughter learning by my example.
This is my 15 year old son who is an avid baseball player and has a classic “skinny guy” build. This just proves anyone can train hard-ANYONE!

This is a video of my recent Strongman meet I competed in. I was the only female competitor, though. This is a 130lb Atlas Stone that, as you can see, needed to be tossed over the bar as many times as I could manage in 60 seconds. GREAT workout. I am waiting for construction crews and landscapers to give me a call now
This is my 18 year old son competing in the same Strongman meet. This is a 120lb “log” that we have to essentially clean and press.
This is Chuck, another moderator and founding member here at our fitness forum. Here he is doing a 400lb deadlift in his home gym.
