I really don’t like sales

I especially don’t like sales pitches from the fitness industry. Who can you even trust? We see fitness models selling products they claim got them into the shape they are in–we know they are lying yet we buy it anyway. “Hopefully this book/pill/diet will be the trick” we think to ourselves as we dish out even more money to the fitness guru who shows up on the TV or internet ad more than Obama does.

I rarely endorse any product by anyone unless they have the “in the trenches” knowledge that I know will give people a real sense of hope.  I don’t lie about the products either. Today I just wanted to mention a product to you that I do

feel is something worth the purchase.  Angie Schumacher has “BTDT” and has the evidence to back it up. She offers a blog as well as a forum to support her fans/clients/friends while they share their fitness journey.  I have mentioned her book (http://www.fatblastingbootcamp.com/)  before on my facebook as well as in newsletters because it is a great tool for the stay at home mom or the other busy people who cannot find time

to get to the gym but want to tear it up! I originally was going to set up an affiliate account and then set up this blog entry but I did not want my suggestion or review tainted by a sales angle for you.

The workouts

in Angie’s book are tough, effective and really are efficient for an at home workout.  She is not a huge guru and is not here to just make a buck–Angie has a real story and has real success in her own fitness journey.
