The Biggest Loser

I am not sure if you watch this show but I love it! I know a lot of the drama lately on the editing part of the show has been a real turn off ( for me as well) but I am so excited to see a group of individuals given the opportunity to be set free from their burden of being obese.  A lot of them spoke about some of it, and I remember those same feelings myself. I am excited to know some of these people will take the real tools they learn about eating better and moving more and change their lives forever. This kind of freedom changes every aspect of who you are…..so exciting!

I was especially moved by the young guys. They have 3 teenage boys all well on their way to death. The lightest of the 3 is still over 300 pounds. It is so hard to be a teenager, to be judged by peers when you try and interact. You have no real sense of self and the world and to be set apart from the social norm such as these boys are, it breaks my heart for them.  I want this change so much for them…..I know how much they want it!!!
