Hey it is Monday! Did you start your diet today?

According to some studies 98% of all diets begin in a Monday. I did not bother to check to see how many end on a Wednesday-well maybe on Thursday as people prepare for Friday night events. Every Sunday, if we could peek into homes across North America, we would see ice cream cartons being scraped bare, cookie trays emptied of even their crumbs. Bottles of water would be set out and carrots and celery sliced and bagged. Perhaps offering up the healthy food sacrifice to the Fat Loss Fairy “If I leave out healthy foods perhaps this time I will be able to stick to this diet.” As they lay down on their pillow before falling asleep we would hear the mutterings of frustration and discomfort as they prepare for months worth of self deprivation. Deep inside they know it is just another attempt with a faint glimmer of hope that it will actually work. So, how do you make it work?
